Ryan is a dedicated real estate professional whose life and career have been defined by service, leadership, and integrity. Born and raised in the historic coastal town of Cape May, New Jersey, he always envisioned building a life and eventually retiring in a community that offered a similar charm—paired with a warmer climate. Welcome to St. John’s County Florida!

After high school, Ryan began his college education and enlisted in the United States Army in 2001. During his military service, he held multiple operational and leadership roles, earning the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-6). It was also during this time that he met his wife, Angie, a fellow Army veteran, and together they built a solid foundation rooted in shared values of faith, dedication, and commitment. Ryan and Angie soon after purchased their first home in Delaware, deepening their appreciation for the importance of community and homeownership while raising their two children.

Additionally, Ryan served with distinction as a Delaware State Trooper, with his most fulfilling roles as both K-9 Handler and Firearms Instructor, experiences that shaped his leadership and discipline. Inspired to do more for his communities, Ryan created nonprofit organizations that provided free jiu-jitsu self-defense training for first responders and military veterans, as well as protective vests and care packages for law enforcement K-9s nationwide.

After retiring from law enforcement, Ryan and his family fulfilled their dream and relocated to the St. Augustine area, drawn by its historic charm, coastal beauty, and vibrant lifestyle. Inspired to continue serving others in a meaningful way, he transitioned into real estate, earning his Florida real estate license and bringing with him a wealth of experience in leadership, negotiation, and client advocacy.

Having personally navigated the complexities of buying, selling, and relocating, Ryan understands that real estate decisions are both financially significant and deeply personal. His background in law enforcement and the U.S. military has shaped how he shows up for his clients: calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to doing what’s best for the families he serves.
